Robert G. Seeds is the founder and President of IFS Corporation. The company is in its 27th consecutive year of profitable operation and given a 3A2 rating from D & B. IFS's books are audited by CJBS, LLC.

Seeds was one of seven individuals who purchased controlling interest in Simmons Airlines in 1981. Seeds served on the Board of Directors of Simmons until the Airline was sold in 1988 to AMR Corporation, the parent of American Airlines.
